  • This is the Cayenne pepper that you don't know. A new identity entirely. And it is not the one that you're thinking. Most people use it to add a bit of spice to their recipe. You often see others taking spoon fulls to the mouth having recorded it and posting it on YouTube. But when you take the time to break this spice down to a subatomic level, you will find that it has quite the many uses.

 

  • Also know in the Guinea Spice, Cayenne pepper in it's common powdered form has health benefits that most people don't know about. I will list a few here.

 

  • Cayenne Pepper has the ability to clease the body of toxins and eliminate fat stores and deposits.

     

  • It curbs appetite

     

  • Burns calories (especially for those who aren't used to eating it according to the new case study partially supported by the National Institutes of Health and the McCormick Spice Company)

    

  • Study also showed that about half a teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper either mixed in food or swallowed in a capsule can help burn about 10 more calories over a 4-hour period versus eating the same meal, but without the Cayenne Pepper.

     

  • For those who don't eat spicy foods, the appetite qualities of Cayenne Pepper is much more pronounced.

 

The Cayenne Pepper Diet Cleanse is a short term alternative to the traditional liquid diet. By going on such a diet that is all liquid, your digestive tract  is not breaking down and digesting, so naturally it is constantly at rest. This cleanse also mobilizes and eliminates toxins stored throughout the body, cleanses (of course) your system of impurities, and burns excess fat stores. Not to mention as a by-product of these occurances, fat-loss occurs.

 

What is the Cayenne Pepper Diet Cleanse Exactly?

 

During the tendure of this diet (approximately 10-40 days and nights), your sole source of energy and nutrition is a lemonde made with specific ingredients:

 

- Fresh sqeezed lemon juice

 

- Purified (non-fluoridated) water

 

- Grade B maple syrup

 

- (and of course) Cayenne Pepper

 

And then in the mornings, you would have a salt water flush and a laxative tea in the evenings. The only other beverages allowed during the cleanse are pure (nin-fluoridated) water and peppermint tea.

 

Now of course since your body has become accustomed to taking in only liquids, simply going from the liquid cleanse for at least a couple of weeks to a stake with extra baked potatoes can make you sick and not to mention you will probably put on weight not unlike a newly born whale. So when you do began to cycle off of the diet, you've got to make sure you do it the right way. End the diet is almost just as important as perfoming it

 

The strict regimen for ending the cleanse goes a bit like this:

 

- Freshly squeezed citrus juices for approximately 36 hours

 

-Then gradually transition onto raw vegetables and fruits, or to move onto cooked veggies soups and stews over the next 3-5 days after the regime is completed.

 

Now all this is no walk in the park. The first few days of the diet are going to be quite tough, especially for a novice. And like all liquid diets, learning to get along without your normal hot and hearty meals packed full of calories will be difficult snd of course transitioning very suddenly from solids to only liquids will be a challenge.

 

Because there is a notable lack of calories with Cayenne Pepper, there is some concern. Because again, during the cleanse, one's only source of energy and nutrients come from the lemon juices, the water, the maple syrup, and the Cayenne Pepper. If you chose to take on the secondary portion of the cleanse, those sources of nutrients also include the laxative teas, which as well replaces the dietary need for fiber, though it is not in the form that the body prefers.

 

And because any type of eating plan like this does not supply the body with an average amount of calories, which should be at least 1200 a day, do not continue with this diet plan for more than the maximun projected 40 days and nights.
