Sometimes I will go onto Facebook and go through my friend's List to search for guy's who often work out or participate in professional sports. Honestly I can't remember exactly how Yaqub and I became Facebook Friends, but I do know it was about four or five months ago when it happened, probably through one of our international mutual family friends. And let me tell you, it wasn't long at all before it became clear that this guy works out, because all of a sudden, my news feed was just litered with vanity shots of Him. And vain though he may be, the kid is built like a brick shit house.

Now all of us have have those Facebook Friends that we don't really know, but for whatever reason they are still on your friend's list. Well I guess you can say that Yaqub was one of those. I had no idea who he was, yet we were somehow connected via social networking. But before long, he and I would indeed become close personal friends.
Eventually Yaqub contacted me. And it was funny because although we had been friends, it took me months to even think about profiling him for Body of Life. But of course it did inevitably come to me, and the next thing you know, he is feeling out my questionnaire and answering a few of my strange, yet relevant questions Lol.

Although Yaqub is only eighteen year's old, he has been practicing Judo for over ten years now, and has thrived in the sport. He fights in his studio every single day, for about one or two hours a day.
One strange thing that he mentioned to me was how he works out. I am not a doctor yet, but I have come to conclude that this guy has an extremely high metabolism, because not only has he never lifted weights before, but he has absolutely no planned diet whatsoever; he eats what ever he wants, and still has that demigod-like little body of his. From what I gather, the entirety of his workouts consist of cardio. He does his sit-ups and pushups, sometimes pull-ups and running.
I am still in the process of squeezing more info out of him, and we are getting there, but the language barrier is pretty tall. His language seems adequate when talking, but writing english is a totally different story, and my azerbaijani is not what it used to be LOL, but we are making do. Yaqub and I are becoming quite close fast friends. And as more information comes to light, I will post it here. Look for Body of Life on Facebook for more on Yaqub, or look for me on Facebook (Aaron Christopher Harper) if you would life to meet him, or go the the contact page and drop me a line. Until we meet again dudes.
Aaron, SacFitGuy
