I love selfies. I love them because it gives you a glimpse at how a guy views himself, or at least how he want to be viewed by others. Sometimes selfies are taken for a reason, and other times they are taken for no reason at all, save for that person wanting to admire how they look. I imagine that sometimes guys take them just because they can. Maybe at that moment, the dude with the camera phone makes the call that at that particular moment he likes the way that he looks. So he sets out to preserve it. You see girls on Facebook and Tumblr do it all the time. And I suppose with girls it may be for different reasons. Their hair, their make-up, wanting to catch your attention. But when I see guys like this take selfies, you can totally tell, or at least I can totally tell, that it is because he wants to appreciate all of his hard work. Tell me, if you had a body like any one of the guys on this site, wouldn't YOU feel like going to the head and snapping a shirtless selfie? Imagine just coming back from the gym and you are feeling pumped and confident as you head into to restroom for a post-workout shower. And as you pass the mirror (you know I love mirrors), you see yourself in a different light for the first time. Damn. Look at yourself. All of that hard work... You look good. You look damn great. So you go back to fetch your phone, where ever it is, and you snap a selfie in the mirror. It feels good doesn't it? All of us want to be able to do that. Even if we are not the selfie taking type, we still want to be able to do it, and know that we can do it, because no matter what anyone may think of you, our hard work speaks for itself. So love yourself, work your body hard, and then love yourself some more. It's all up to you.
