GREECE
Greece the old stomping grounds of the Olympians and the home of the Olympics. A diet that includes healthy foods like yogurt, rice, and grapeleaves. BRAZIL
Brazil is a nation with many men who are both fit, bodybuilders and great examples of the male species. Diet could have allot to do with these persons who benefit from a good diet. The steak or lamb salad with red peppers, red onion and cilantro. Complimented with yellow rice with dark red beans. Add a green salad with minature tomatoes. With candied yams or similar potatoes. FINLAND
The Nordic countries are certainly known for their weather. A man (and a women) have to bulk up their diet to ensure they are able to withstand cold weather. Nothing like a hot cup of pea soup with carrots. Hot carrots are a mainstay. Add a beet salad with green onons are a delicious way of warding off the cold. A hot toasty bun takes the chill out of the air. Finish with a hot crepe covered with fruit is a great addition.
SOUTH KOREA
South Korea is an asian country which many of know for cars, technology, cities and more. The Asians are thought to be small in stature, and even thin. But they are strong and healthy due to their diet. Various types of rices with pasta, brocolli, and a pepper salad made with yellow, orange, green and red peppers. Several Korean soups are delicious, made with different soup bases, with noodles and green onions.


UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Try out the usual American favorites....chicken nuggets, fried or microwave with a small amount olive oil. Try to stay away from that favorite restaurant known for this tasty morsel. Add barbeque sauce for taste. Try it with mashed potatoes and peas for flavor. Try some unsweetened peaches or fruit as a complement to your meal and treat yourself to a cookie.
