Standing Barbell Windmill Twist A

Ab Crunches
The Abs. Every guy wants them, and every girl wants their guy to have them. Listed here are some of the most effective abdominal exercises and counting, but I am going to be very honest with you. You can sit at home and do nothing but these exercises for two or three months, but if you haven't adapted and changed your ENTIRE lifestyle as well, it will not do any good. That means NOT DIETING (since a diet is indicative of a temporary change), but CHANGING YOUR DIET. Eating right and eating lean. And of course this goes without saying, CARDIO, CARDIO, CARDIO!!! As well as these exercises listed below. SacFitGuy will help you get there. Check back often for updates. see ya. -Aaron, SacFitGuy
When most clueless people think "six pack" they also think "a billion crunches". But as we all know, that is not completely true. That goal requires a combination of a lot of things like a good diet and cardio to burn fat. But this IS a good way to build the muscles underneath the fat. Anywhere, anytime.
The windmill is my all time ultimate favorite ab exercise. Unlike most conventional ab workout, not only does it build your ab muscles, but because you are using slow-twitch muscle fibers, you are also burning fat. DAMN THIS SHIT IS AWESOME. Please watch the video, and try it.
I actually prefer these to crunches or sit-ups. Your stomach will be on fire afterward, but I find it totally worth it. If you get dizzy easily, clasp your fingers behind your head, but take care to not strain your neck in the process.
My second favorite from the windmills are these, the cable torso twists. Build those abs up, from oblique to oblique, and burn the fat right off. They will get you sweating up a river. Go high, go mid, go low, and then switch arms. I never get tired of these.

3/4 Sit-ups A

Cable Torso Twists A
Abdominals

Air Bike

Alternative Heel Touchers A
The air bike is a good way to build the muscles in your belly to get the abs you want. There are some slow twitch muscle fiber action going on, so calories are also being shredded. But like many floor ab exercises, take care to not strain your neck.
I like to superset the heel touchers with to torso twists. After doing them for awhile, you may get a little dizzy, so I would not recommend performing them too fast. The swingging motion may wreck havoc on your visual perspective.

Barbell Ab Rollouts

Cable Side-bends A
You are using fast twitch muscle fibers to perform this one, so not as many calories are being burned off here, but it will help tone and build your abdominal muscles. It also works your shoulder , back, and tricep muscles.
This is an oblique workout, and it is one of my personal favorites. You can use both the cables or actual weights. It builds and tones your abdominals. And with all workout, the more you do them, the better. But do not rely only on these to get rid of those love handles. You must supplement your workouts with cardio and a healthy diet.

Weighted Side-Bends A

Bent-Knee
Hip Raises
Pretty much the same as the previous cable side bends, but (obviously) using weights instead of cables. Place your hand behind your head, and flex your body to the side, as if you are attempting to touch your elbow to your foot, and repeat.
Perform these with weight, or without weight. Either way, they make for a good workout. But you should still pace yourself because you can get a bit woozy, and it can put some strain on your neck, so be careful.

Barbell Windshield Wipers A
These are AWESOME. They not only build your abs muscles to that of a GOD, but it also shreds fat using the slow twitch muscle fibers necessary, and they will have you sweating at the end. Raise the bar above your head, keeping your arms straight. Put your legs together, and keep them straight. Then raise them up above you, perpendicular to your body (like a dying cockaroach, and swing them to and fro (left and right) stretching them as far as they can go in each direction, but without allowing them to touch the ground, or allowing them to rest. Feel the burn.
